The Avila’s team appreciates each and every client that supports our small business. Our Team is made up of self-employed individuals and we value our relationship with each client. For every appointment, we reserve time for a client to have the best quality service experience and for any appointment that is made and not kept causes our business to lose valuable time and keeps other clients from the chance to be served.

Keep in mind that by booking an appointment with us in-person, online, or over the phone you are agreeing to the following policies:

We require a minimum of 72 hours notice for canceling or rescheduling an appointment*. Cancellation fees may apply and a non-refundable deposit* to make or hold any future appointments may be required. Please contact your barber/stylist/nail tech/tattooist for more details.

We understand life is unpredictable and appointments may need to be rescheduled from time to time. We will always try to be as flexible as possible when given enough notice. We ask that you provide us with a minimum of 72 hours so we can offer your appointment slot for another client.

After a total of 2 no-call/ no-show* our system will automatically restrict the individual from booking in the future*. Walk-ins thereafter will be suggested. Please contact your barber/stylist/nail tech/tattooist for more details.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone*.

We want to ensure that we are able to serve each client with the very best service, so in order to do so, we ask that our clients arrive on time for their appointment. If you may be running a few minutes behind, please communicate properly with your barber/stylist/nail tech/tattooist. We may be able to accommodate a grace period of up to 15 minutes if running late depending on service booked, a late fee may be applied to appointment total.

The Avila’s Team may require a liability form to be filled out by client 18 years and up or by parent/guardian for any chemical service. Further details will be explained in person by your barber/stylist/nail tech/tattooist.

As a family friendly shop, we have a ZERO tolerance policy for any form of sexual harassment, including but not limited to: sexual advancements, suggestive language, racist, hateful or inappropriate comments, gestures, or intimidation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Our Avila’s Team is instructed to stop any service immediately if they are made uncomfortable or feel any threat by a client and these clients will be charged in full for their appointment regardless of service completion.

*No-call, No-shows: A 15 minute grace period is given to all 1-hour+ appointments. After 15mins have passed, the appt will be considered a no-show.

* Last minute cancellations: Less than a 72 hour notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment is considered a last minute cancellation.

* Non-refundable deposit: This deposit will be calculated depending on total service cost, price may vary. A member of our Team will contact you privately.

*Please communicate with one of our Team members if you are unable to keep an appointment.
